What began as a beloved past time has evolved into a promising career for Next Level Creations' CEO, Theresa Judge. Event planning and meeting management have been integral components of her personal and professional life since 2003 when she planned her first event. That was when Theresa was bitten by the "event bug" and she has utilized every opportunity from that time going forward to incorporate event planning into her professional duties.

Throughout the course of her career, Theresa has conducted several training workshops, organized retreats, developed numerous team building initiatives, and planned corporate social gatherings. She brings a fresh perspective to her projects having worked in the non-profit, small business, and global corporation arenas. Moreover, Theresa has been recognized for her contributions with a number of accolades, including the Outstanding Leadership Award from Regent University.

Readily equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Winthrop University, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Webster University, and a Master of Public Administration in Public Leadership from Regent University; combined with over a decade of management experience gained from employment and volunteer engagement have all adequately prepared Theresa for her most robust role yet, that of Business Events Strategist.
